The Kingdom of God

in Bible Prophecy

Starts at 7:30 PM @ West Houston Christian Center

Shalom Haverim (Dear Friends)

Join us on March 7 for our 94th Erev Shabbat teaching and joyous celebration of our God and King. Our theme is: The Kingdom of God in Bible Prophecy.

One of the most important subjects in the Bible is that of “The Kingdom of God.” The clear consistent message from Genesis to Revelation is that God reigns over the earth. While He allows evil to have its way up to a point, He overrides evil and uses it to further His kingdom purposes on the earth.

The Kingdom of God in Bible Prophecy

What is the Kingdom of God?

Where is the Kingdom of God?

Is the Kingdom of God in the past, in the present or in the future?

Is the Kingdom of God in heaven or on the earth?

What is the Gospel of the Kingdom?

Join us this Erev Shabbat as Dr. Booker explains what is and what is not “The Kingdom of God in Bible Prophecy.”

The Kingdom of God

in Bible Prophecy

The Bible not only claims, but emphasizes, that God is King and Lord to whom all nations and all people are accountable for the way we live our lives. He is the Master of the universe and owner of all that He created.

As Americans we are greatly blessed to live in a democracy. But this blessing can also hinder our understanding of God as King. We have not lived under the rule of a monarch.

Our founding fathers left England because they did not want to live under the tyranny of bad kings. They put in place a Constitution so that we would live under the rule of law rather than under the rule of a sovereign king. So it is difficult for Americans, including American Christians, to relate to God as King.

God is beginning to awaken believers to a greater awareness of the Gospel of the Kingdom. This is the gospel that is proclaimed in the Bible.

As we draw nearer to the coming of our King, God is even now beginning to restore to us the principle, the proclamation, and the priority of the Gospel of the Kingdom. At this Erev Shabbat, Dr. Booker will explain this exciting restoration and what it means for our lives.
